The technical framework and legal guidelines for our consulting services.
By accessing Tracelync blueprints or engaging in our consulting services, you agree to the following technical and professional terms.
1. Professional Services
Tracelync provides architectural guidance for OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics, and ClickHouse stacks. Our "SaaS Exit Strategy" blueprints are provided as technical guidance.
Best Practice: All configurations should be validated in a staging environment and load-tested before production deployment.
2. Use of Blueprints & Code
The configurations, YAML files, and architectural diagrams provided by Tracelync are for internal organizational use. Commercial redistribution or resale of Tracelync proprietary migration scripts and logic without written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Liability Limitation
Observability is the heartbeat of your infrastructure. While Tracelync follows battle-tested, zero-downtime best practices, the final implementation and maintenance of OTel Collectors and database clusters remain the responsibility of the user.
4. Service Availability
Our digital resources (calculators, blueprints) are provided "as-is." We reserve the right to update our technical recommendations as the open-source ecosystem (specifically the OTel spec) evolves.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction, emphasizing standard international trade and digital service compliance.
